How we look after your car
We test the car and explain the findings
A fault code names the circuit that noticed the problem, not the part that failed. We trace it to the actual cause and then tell you, in plain terms, what we found and what it means.
You see the quote before work begins
We call with what the car needs and what each option costs. You approve it, and only then does anything get ordered or opened up. Take your time, or take the car elsewhere - both are fine.
Choose the part option that suits your budget
Genuine, OEM-equivalent and budget aftermarket each come at a different price and last a different length of time. We show you all three and you decide which one goes on your car.
The team behind the work
Every car follows the same order: inspected, diagnosed, quoted, repaired, then road tested before anyone calls you to collect it. Nothing gets skipped because a job looks simple.
Bolts go back to the manufacturer's torque figures. Fluids go in at the grade the car was built for. Engines come out on a stand, gearboxes come down on a jack, and geometry is set properly rather than eyeballed, because that is the difference between a repair that holds and one that comes back.
The same technicians handle German, Japanese, American and British cars, and they will tell you what they found in plain language. Your car is returned clean.
